I look at life as a learning path, where we learn from old, or new experiences. We change we grow we evolve. Sometimes life throws us detours, potholes, or even mountains to climb. When life threw me a mountain I felt as though I didn't know much about myself, I had to figure out everything and restart my life. I felt overwhelmed, lost, confused, but also determined to find my way over that mountain path. Dietary cahnges and lifestyle changes can feel just like that overwhelming, frustrating, scary, but also humbeling at times. I want you to know that if you are feeling just like that, you are not alone, and that you deserve to climb your mountain as well, because you deserve to live your life to the fullest, and I am here to help you. I know what it is you going through, because I've been there, I have walked in your shoes, I understand it takes more then just to be willing, but also have someone on your side that gets where you are coming from, someone that hears you, sees you and walks alongside you.
My mission is to empower women in their 50's, and show them how they can take control of their health and well-being while understanding that they have the power to control the outcome. With the guidance of personalized health coaching through diet and lifestyle changes, they become the best version of themselves.
My promise to you is that I will hold you accountable for the duration of our time together.
I also offer accountability coaching as a continued support system for clients who have used my coaching services before. We are all becoming better versions of ourselves each day.

Basic and possibly difficult changes to diet and lifestyle can do so much when it comes to most individual's well-being. My coaching services focus on clean nutrition, movement, stress management, and overall wellness.
I believe that overwhelm is an unnecessary entity regarding dietary and lifestyle changes, even though this happens often. This is what I love about my job so much, I get the privilege to support you every step of the way, and make overwhelm irrelevant.
When I went through my wellness journey I didn't even know what a health coach was. I had no one who could support me as no one even knew what it was. I had to change, including myself. It was very difficult at times and I wanted to give up and quit over and over again. Even my loved ones weren't quite sure how they could help me, (honestly neither was I. I became my own guiney pig). I wish I could have had a Health Coach by my side for support and guidance. That being said I am so happy to be able to give you the chance to have me by yourside to hold you accountable and on track so you can, like me reach your goals because you deserve them. You can always expect honesty and commitment from me, because these are some of my highest standards when it comes to life and my work.
While we work together, we will have fun, I promise you fun activities will be a big part of our time together, because I believe that changes such as lifestyle and diet can become difficult and overhwhelming, while we wotrk together I will find fun and creative ways to keep you engaged and far from overwhelmed.
Stress, (oh my), can be such a negative influencer on how we eat, sleep, feel, the decisions we make in life and the foods we eat. It can impact so much, so it is highly important that we focus on stress and the ways we can reduce it. I will help you find ways to reduce the stress in your life with simple but effective practices.
Self Care is not selfish. It is highly critical. If there is one thing you will learn most while working with me, it is that taking care of yourself is the number one ingredient in reaching your goals and living your life to the fullest. Self care is one of the most essential things that you can do for yourself and how you show up in the world.
I am also certified in gut health. Gut Health, I believe is one of the most important parts of overall wellness. While we are working together we focus much of that time on gut health, because when your gut is well, so are we. I will teach you how to make your own fermented foods, how to make gut happy juices and so much more.

Stress has always been part of my entire life, starting from when I was a child. This affected my well-being later on in life, from digestive issues, panic attacks, anxiety, severe gluten sensitivity, and hypoglycemia.
It got to the point where doctors put me on anti-depression and heart medication.
I hoped these would help me, but I concluded that unless I would change my diet and my lifestyle, no medicine could fix me. I needed to fix myself. I needed to take charge of my well-being.

I want to live life to my fullest, outrun my grandchildren, and see the world, but mostly just enjoy life fully until the day I die. In the meantime, I would love to assist/guide you in doing the same for yourself, because you deserve to live a life full of wellbeing as well.
