My programs offer one-on-one coaching sessions or group coaching options with personal support chats for whenever questions may arise. Depending on the program that fits your needs best, we will work on getting your diet to a highly nutritious and clean diet, alongside simple, sustainable lifestyle changes that will fit your schedule. We will work together and create a roadmap that will help you reach your wellness goals, so you can start living your life to the fullest.
As an IIN Certified Nutrition/Gut Health Coach and NASM Certified Personal Trainer, my mission is to empower women over 40 to be comfortable with their authentic self, while conquering their mission in becoming the best version of themselves, while understanding that these women have the power to become the person in control of their wellbeing and their outcome goals.

I’m a woman in her fifties, a mother of 4 grown children an Omi to my granddaughter, a wife to my second husband, a sister and a daughter. A small business owner for most of my adult life, who decided to take her well-being into her own hands, and change her health and life around, while being on her journey of self-discovery. Finding who I was and who I wanted to be while helping others do the same.
I love helping women going through similar challenges in life as I have been.Stress has always been part of my entire life, starting from when I was a child. This affected my well-being later on in life, from digestive issues, panic attacks, anxiety, severe gluten sensitivity, and hypoglycemia.
It got to the point where doctors put me on anti-depression and heart medication.I hoped these would help me, but I concluded that unless I would change my diet and my lifestyle, no medicine could fix me. I needed to fix myself. I needed to take charge of my well-being.I found that I am powerful and that I am able to take charge of my wellbeing.I want to live life to my fullest, outrun my grandchildren, and see the world, but mostly just enjoy life fully until the day I die. In the meantime, I would love to assist/guide you in doing the same for yourself, because you deserve to live a life full of wellbeing as well.

I look at life as a learning path, where we learn from old, or new experiences. We change we grow we evolve. Sometimes life throws us detours, potholes, or even mountains to climb. When life threw me a mountain I felt as though I didn't know much about myself, I had to figure out everything and restart my life. I felt overwhelmed, lost, confused, but also determined to find my way over that mountain path. Dietary changes and lifestyle changes can feel just overwhelming, frustrating, scary, but also humbeling at times. I want you to know that if you are feeling just like that, you are not alone, and that you deserve to climb your mountain as well, because you deserve to live your life to the fullest, and I am here to help you. I know what you are going through, because I've been there, I have walked in your shoes, I understand it takes more then just to be willing, but also have someone on your side that gets where you are coming from an IIN Certified Nutrition/Gut Health Coach and NASM Certified Personal Trainer that sees you for who you are and who you want to become. I walked alongside many other women’s journeys since 2019, and I will walk alongside yours as well.
I believe you are worth living your life to the fullest and making yourself a priority. You have been given this one life, why not live it the best way you can imagine? Simple and possibly slightly difficult changes can have such a sensational and wonderful effect in such a positive way when it comes to our well-being. I have been busy studying, so you don’t have to, alongside my many years of experience through my struggles, my lifestyle, and dietary changes. Today, I focus my efforts as an IIN Certified Nutrition/Gut Health Coach and NASM Certified Personal Trainer while continuing my education towards becoming a female specialist and menopause specialist Coach. This allows me to guide you toward success as you reach your goals. My coaching focuses on sustainable practices, clean nutrition, movement, and overall wellness.
My promise to you as an IIN certified Nutrition/Gut Health Coach and NASM Certified Personal Trainer is to hold you accountable during the duration of our time together. I am here for you when things get challenging, and you will always be able to count on me for feedback, support. motivation and trust. This support can also continue once your program comes to an end, through the accountability coaching I offer for my graduate clients, so they can continue thriving and reduce the risk of backsliding during their progress.
With our various coaching programs, you have the power to choose which one fits you best. Our coaching programs will help you become more in tune with your well-being. We will walk together through dietary and lifestyle changes that will enable you to become the best version of yourself. These programs give us the chance to deep dive into our food systems and the effects they can have on our well-being. We will explore gut-boosting foods and simple lifestyle changes. Sustainability is also on our radar as we explore environmental factors that can easily be avoided and replaced with other, more sustainable options. Our goal is to continue to become healthier along the way. I will be your support system, your motivator, your coach, and your trainer so you can feel excited about reaching your wellness goal.
While going through my health and lifestyle challenges,
years ago, I had no idea that Health Coaches existed; I didn't have a support
system by my side that helped me understand what I was experiencing and
possibly why. Oftentimes, it was very challenging to continue and figure out
what worked and what didn’t. Overwhelm and frustration became my best friends,
and with that, I wanted to give up so many times, just throw in the towel and
be done with it.
However, I knew that if nothing changed, nothing would
change for the better either.
That’s why I became an IIN Certified Nutrition/Gut Health
Coach and NASM Certified Personal Trainer, so women like you don’t have to go
through the struggles like I did.
My certifications and my continued education have given me the capability to support, motivate, and educate you through my programs that give you the solid foundation and understanding towards your wellness goals with a guiding system by your side.
I believe that overwhelm is an unnecessary entity regarding dietary and lifestyle changes, even though this happens often. This is what I love about my job so much, I get the privilege to support you every step of the way, and make overwhelm irrelevant.
While we work together, we will have fun, I promise you fun activities will be a big part of our time together, because I believe that changes such as lifestyle and diet can become difficult and overhwhelming, while we work together I will find fun and creative ways to keep you engaged and far from overwhelmed.
The decisions we make in life, from the way we eat to the way we view the world around us, can be influenced by our diets and lifestyles.
Having effective stress-reducing tools in our toolbox allows us to view the world around us from a different angle.
Self Care is not selfish. It is highly critical. If there is one thing you will learn most while working with me, it is that taking care of yourself is the number one ingredient in reaching your goals and living your life to the fullest. Self care is one of the most essential things that you can do for yourself and how you show up in the world.
As we collaborate, we will concentrate on effective methods to enhance your gut health and muscle strength, thereby improving your overall well-being. A healthy gut contributes to our overall health. When we have muscle, we can move with confidence and engage in the activities we want to do, not just those we have to do. When these two elements function well together, life becomes a different kind of experience.
